Throughout my time as a student at Fairmont, I found my niche when it came to business technology and how beneficial data can be. I also discovered what kind of data is needed to take a company to the next level and what's important and what is not. Experience with Database Management, Web development, and Systems Analysis and Design, Data Analysis, Networking, along with several different cloud applications.
Database Management
Created a personal database using mySQL, linked through google cloud platform. I worked at a golf course over the summer so I used that as an example. Executed SQL statements for editing and imported a personal script I developed.

Systems Development and Design Project
This was definitely the most work I have put into a project while enrolled at the university. The idea of the project was to take a mock assigned company and fully analyze what they needed, had to develop a requirements document of both functional and non-functional, screens and wireframing design, database design, data flow diagramming, network design, and windows navigation design. Although challenging and time consuming, I enjoyed the project and was happy with the outcome and I believe that it illustrates all aspects of the different courses that I have taken while in college.

Website Development Project
In this project, we once again utilized google cloud platform to get our site setup. We created a marketplace and basic website, using both a Content Management Software (drupal), and a seperate website utilizing the HTML and CSS stack. Unfortunately, we used free credits and those credits ran out so I have no images of the CMS website itself. However, I felt this was necessary to include to show that I understand the basic concepts of HTML/CSS, along with how to obtain a DNS and implement it into a website.
Python Coding Projects
For some coursework, we had to develop a code for an automated menu and a Pay calculator. Although not my strong suit, I enjoyed to learn about and develop code and understand its importance. Wix is not compliant with .py files therefore I cannot show the work I have completed, but I do have the introductory experience
